Union Station!

Adam loved the apple store products;)
This past week Adam and I enjoyed the company of the Grobergs! (Adam's mission comp and wife)We had fun walking around Brooklyn and the city. We went to a graffiti park. haha it was neat to see all the artwork. Supposedly you have to have a permit to graffiti in this park?? Who knew?:) the walls were completely covered! After looking at that we were STARVING so we ate at this fun old fashioned diner. Then we went shopping and looked at some window displays in the city. We even drove around in the Johnson's car afterwards to look at some more Christmas lights in Dyker Hieghts. Can I just say that people go all out there? Because they do. It definitely spreads the Christmas spirit. I loved being able to spend the day with the Grobergs! Hopefully more people will come visit. We love visitors:))))

Life in the Big Apple

So here's the thing... I decided it would be easiest to keep family and friends informed of the McKell adventures in New York by starting my own blog;) So far Adam has started work with Ernst and Young and enjoys the fast paced environment. He will start working with his first client on Monday. As for me, I have been looking for things to fill our new apartment, which is currently being renovated. Adam and I will be excited to finally move in sometime this next week. We have been so thankful towards Nancy and George for letting us stay with them over the past month. They are some of the most giving people I have ever met. I was so grateful that Susan, Adam's mom, could come visit! We went to Times Square, Central Park, Italian Food Fest, Mary Poppins (Musical on Broadway), and of course... SHOPPING! It was so fun. Lately, I have also been helping my friend Emily with her 3 year old daughter and 1 year old triplets. It's been nice to play and help with her adorable kids. Anyways, life is good.... it's great.... never felt better in my life;)
